OUR  M I S S I O N

The mission of Graffiti Camp for Girls* is to develop talent and create

opportunities for young people creating public art.



*Girls refers to gender-expansive youth: cis girls, trans girls, non-binary youth, gender non-conforming youth, gender queer youth, and any girl-identified youth.

T H E   T E A M

NINA WRIGHT, founder and director of Graffiti Camp for Girls,
aka GIRL MOBB, is an artist, muralist, printmaker,
and teacher with a BFA from the Academy of Art University in
San Francisco. She resides in Oakland, California,
and is known for saturating the Bay Area with murals,
street art, and gallery shows.


- INSTRUCTOR, ARTIST

​DEIRDRE O'SHEA is on logistics. With over two decades of small business
and non-profit experience, and a life-long love for street art,
she supports Nina and Graffiti Camp for Girls in order to make possible the class
she wishes she had as a teenager.
